東元今年家電營收衝刺百億元 - 聯合新聞網

東元 (1504)搶攻年輕人家電市場商機，今天正式與台師大簽約合作推出「東元台師大青春創藝季」，將藝術活動導入傳統賣場，同時也推出全新節能一對多冷氣及冰箱產品，力拚家電事業營收達成百億元的目標。

東元今天的活動由東元集團會長黃茂雄、東元集團總經理邱純枝親自出席，除了為新品造勢外，將與台師大校長張國恩簽署合作，今年暑假將推出「2013東元台師大青春創藝季」活動，這次與台師大合作，讓傳統家電賣場有新的變革，將家電通路引入藝文風，未來台師大的學生會依序在這個平台推出不同的藝文活動，包括音樂、美術等表演。

　　對此，家電巨頭們紛紛表示，目前產業正處于從寒冬中趨暖的時間節點，而城鎮化將成為帶動家電行業快速增長的第三波熱潮。除此之外，家電企業不僅要在產品上有所創新，還需要在渠道上加快變革，尋求新增長動力。

行業觀點：1）基本面溫和復蘇持續，由於春節原因2月增長會低於1月，但1-2月應仍可反映復蘇。2）目前市場關注點逐步轉向業績，家電整機一季報增長預期較好。分析歷年1-4月的年報季報行情，格力與海信有較高相對收益，對比之下目前股價還有明顯上升空間，提示新一輪配置機會。3）二季度看好彩電與空調需求，一方面節能補貼政策將於5月底截止，看好截止前彩電與空調需求彈性的釋放，類似於11年底以舊換新截止；同時6月起空調將受到夏季天氣影響，存在超預期可能。4）本周家電博覽會將在上海新國際展覽中心舉行，我們將重點關注家電産品的創新、新品類的出現與産業鏈運行情況。

市場回顧：本周（3.11-3.16）家電板塊下跌1.5%，全部29行業中排名第5，跑贏滬深300指數1.1個百分點。其中澳柯瑪（+21.1%）、萬和電氣（+2.0%）、老闆電器（+1.6%）漲幅居前。跌幅最大的分別爲奧馬電器（-11.9%）、雪萊特（-9.6%）和廈華電子（-9.1%）。

　　應當利用好電子廢棄物，當成“城市礦山”，而不是留下“環境炸彈”。為此，本屆兩會上，全國人大代表、格力電器董事長、總裁董明珠代表提交了係列建議，呼吁建立廢舊家電強制報廢制度，以完善立法來促進電子廢棄物回收產業發展。

　　廢舊家電中含有貴重金屬，對其進行回收和專業處理，既可避免造成污染，也能對資源進行再利用，具有生態保護和循環經濟的雙重價值。目前，我國已出臺了《循環經濟促進法》和《廢棄電器電子產品回收處理管理條例》。但歸于現實，廢舊家電難回收，卻是不爭的尷尬。

　　董明珠代表的係列建議，正好指出了原因所在。一則，對于家電的強制性報廢，我國目前並無法律規定。家用電器超過安全使用年限，卻仍在“服役”的情況，比較常見，回收也就無從談起。二則，法律不完備。比如《循環經濟促進法》雖提出了“強制回收名錄”，劃定了消費者的責任，但仍然是一個寬泛的框架。2012年，有媒體稱，強制回收的包裝物名錄及管理辦法、限制生產銷售的一次性產品名錄等《循環經濟促進法》配套法律條文，有望5年內陸續出臺。法律配套的滯後，由此可見。另一方面，《廢棄電器電子產品回收處理管理條例》雖然配套了《廢棄電器電子產品處理目錄》，但條例本身並未劃定消費者的責任。

東元家電營收將逾百億 - 聯合新聞網

家電業紛紛擴大壓縮機保固期限，東元（1504）提高至10年，聲寶、日立、大金也達7年，有助提高消費者購買力道，今年東元家電事業營收在冷氣銷售挹注下，年度營收可望超越原訂百億元目標。

聲寶同步將壓縮機保固年限由5年提高至7年，日系空調大廠的日立、大金的壓縮機保固亦是長達7年。家電業界指出，這顯示台灣製造的冷氣產品的品質已達國際水準，才能在銷售的冷氣壓縮機上有超過以往5年以上保固。

2012消費維權：家電、食品、房屋投訴最“熱” - 新華網廣東頻道

　　市工商局昨天發布《北京市消費者權益保護狀況報告》及2012年度投訴分析，顯示2012年度申（投）訴量居前5位的商品類別包括：家用電子電器類、日用百貨類、食品類、家用機械類和房屋及裝修建材類。

　　此外，報告中還說，市工商局聯合北京聯通公司清查了家電維修經營者服務電話172家，聯合百度公司清理虛假家電維修網站近1500個，駁回和下線處理資質不合格的家電維修經營者商業推廣請求214家。會同市住建委共檢查房地產經紀機構8388戶，查辦房地產經紀違法案件170件。（記者楊濱）
