東元今年家電營收衝刺百億元 - 聯合新聞網

東元 (1504)搶攻年輕人家電市場商機，今天正式與台師大簽約合作推出「東元台師大青春創藝季」，將藝術活動導入傳統賣場，同時也推出全新節能一對多冷氣及冰箱產品，力拚家電事業營收達成百億元的目標。

東元今天的活動由東元集團會長黃茂雄、東元集團總經理邱純枝親自出席，除了為新品造勢外，將與台師大校長張國恩簽署合作，今年暑假將推出「2013東元台師大青春創藝季」活動，這次與台師大合作，讓傳統家電賣場有新的變革，將家電通路引入藝文風，未來台師大的學生會依序在這個平台推出不同的藝文活動，包括音樂、美術等表演。

政府推動小家電回收將事半功倍 - 新華網廣西頻道

　　小家電產品大多是塑料材質，能回收利用的金屬部件少而且小，回收企業不感興趣，國家補貼未覆蓋，回收拆解也缺乏規范，大多廢舊小家電產品難逃被棄置的命運，而棄置的廢舊小家電產品對環境危害很大。

　　記得去年中，《廢棄電器電子產品處理基金徵收使用管理辦法》正式實施的時候，我曾寫過一篇評論，討論小家電產品的回收處理也需關注的問題，小家電的淘汰率以及回收處理的難度都遠高于大家電產品。

　　盡管目前我國家庭小家電產品的平均擁有量與歐美國家每戶30多件相比仍有相當大的差距，但隨著人們生活質量的不斷提高，小家電產品的擁有量在不斷提升，小家電產品技術升級換代的速度也在不斷加快。而小家電產品質量良莠不齊，也是小家電產品更新淘汰快的原因之一。但小家電產品大多是塑料材質，能回收利用的金屬部件少而且小，回收企業不感興趣，國家補貼未覆蓋，回收拆解也缺乏規范，大多廢舊小家電產品難逃被棄置的命運，而棄置的廢舊小家電產品對環境危害很大。

　　半年多時間過去了，小家電回收問題的現狀並沒有得到改善。但令人欣喜的是，有更多的業界人士關注家電回收產業的發展。在前不久的全國兩會上，全國人大代表、格力電器董事長、總裁董明珠就提交建議，呼吁建立廢舊家電強制報廢制度，以完善立法來促進電子廢棄物回收產業發展，包括：政府針對回收係統出臺強制性政策，並通過建立電子廢棄物公共回收平臺，形成回饋、鼓勵全民參與的回收模式，建立和完善回收體係；建議政府成立專門的電子廢棄物管理部門，全面負責管理廢棄家電和電子產品循環利用的整個過程；以法律明確電器用戶的“回收、廢棄責任”。

　　另一條不錯的消息是，中國資源綜合利用協會可再生能源專業委員會相關專家對媒體透露，目前相關部門已經在討論小家電的回收政策，首個納入政策的可能會是手機，之後逐漸向微波爐、熱水器等小家電拓展。

　　我們的鄰居已經率先行動起來。據媒體報道，日本的小型家電回收法將于4月開始實施，列入可回收范圍的小型家電包括手機、電腦、數碼相機、電子燃氣灶等21個品類的104種產品。相關部門將負責設置回收箱，將回收的廢舊產品移交給處理方，處理方負責將金銀等貴金屬或稀有金屬提取出來。另外，設置回收箱的費用將由政府承擔。新措施還將對隨便丟棄小型家電的企業和個人實施必要的處罰。負責回收的從業者應具有對廢舊小型家電回收處理拆解的能力，只要通過國家的相關認定標準，就可以直接從事小家電回收等相關工作，取消了以往需得到地方政府許可的限制。

　　借鑒日本的經驗可以看到，政府相關部門應該要在廢舊小家電回收當中扮演重要推動角色，這樣能夠起到事半功倍的效果。因此相關部門應盡快出臺回收扶持政策，引導鼓勵相關企業對廢舊小家電進行集中回收，統一拆解，從而建立一個完整的網絡體係，最大限度改變廢舊小家電回收難的尷尬處境。錢瑋玨

為了讓更多資源物循環再利用，臺中市政府環境保護局家電診所今年特別增加維修電子鍋、果汁機及熱水瓶等三項小家電，讓民眾可將更多故障的小家電送到家電診所維修，使得家電獲得重生，避免資源浪費並減輕再購買的負擔。

環保局局長劉邦裕表示，家電診所從100年10月成立至今，方便民眾送修一些家電，加上近來物價高漲及油電雙漲等因素，民眾在經濟考量下會精打細算，以故障小家電能維修就送維修，造成檢修需求量大幅提升，101年家電診所總收件量為1,589件，修復率將近92%，因此只需花最少費用即可達到循環再利用的成效，歡迎民眾能多加利用，以發揮家電診所的最大功用。

環保局表示，家電診所增添新的維修項目後，所受理維修之小家電種類，目前包含有電風扇、吹風機、烤箱、飲水機、檯燈、電鍋(含電子鍋)、果汁機及熱水瓶等八項，送修時需填寫基本資料，且每件酌收50元健診費，經由維修師評估診斷可修復者，完成後將會貼心地以電話通知民眾領回。
