據《新京報》報導，發改委已與部分家電企業進行過座談，主要目的是醞釀新一輪家電扶持政策，以代替剛終止的節能家電補貼。
報導引述市場監測機構奧維諮詢品牌總監蘇亮表示，雖同樣以補貼的形式進行扶持，但與節能惠民政策並不完全相同。新的扶持政策將以去年已經開始研究並製定的超高能效家電為基礎，對包含彩電、空調、冰箱、洗衣機等品類在內的家電提供國家補貼。據奧維諮詢介紹，公司為2007年由工業和資訊化部、中國電子視像行業協會倡導成立之機構。
《中國證券報》早前報導指出，在家電節能補貼政策退出以後，發改委等有關部門正與業內企業商討新一輪家電行業補貼政策事宜。此次政策的相關細則和實施辦法仍在商討之中，預計於今年四季度初推出。(bi/u)

以媽媽為主要購買社群的購物網HerBuy好買表示，受到食品安全議題影響，上半年廚房小家電銷售成為主力產品，包含食物調理機、手持攪拌棒都熱賣，且無毒認證商品當道。
購物網HerBuy好買近期公布「2013上半年媽媽心目中理想品牌」排行榜前60名。
HerBuy好買觀察，家電類商品上半年度以黑馬之姿勝出，銷售業績較去年同期成長5成，主要是受到廚房小家電銷售數字飆升帶動，包括美國進口的食物調理機、瑞典進口的手持攪拌棒等品牌最夯。
HerBuy好買公關人員指出，上半年因為食品安全議題發燒，不少媽媽以自製代替買現成，讓廚房家電熱銷；另外，台灣媽媽愈來愈重視商品的品質及有無安全認證，今年1到6月年在HerBuy好買的平均消費價格較去年同期增加4到5成，太便宜商品反而賣不動。
HerBuy好買公關人員表示，現在可以說是無毒認證商品當道，網站上安全無毒認證商品銷售額已較一般商品多出2倍以上，且占前60大理想品牌中6成名次，銷售業績也比去年同期飛漲6成。
HerBuy好買公關人員說，許多媽媽會員完全拒買沒有通過檢驗或安全認證的商品，網站上綠色標章的德國環保清潔用品、有機棉嬰童服飾、德國無毒玩具、天然防蚊產品大受歡迎。1020722
